Gift Voucher Refunds

• All gift voucher purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change will be given.

• If a mistake is made at the time of purchase (e.g., incorrect amount), Cresci Pizzeria may issue a refund only if notified immediately and before the voucher is used.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

• Cresci Pizzeria is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers.

• Replacement vouchers will not be issued.

Expiry

• All gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reactivated, or refunded.
